Collections

I'm not sure what this new behavior is all about but just recently if I'm sitting in a chair not really doing any thing in particular Parker will start making a collection of his toys next to me in the seat. He doesn't really want me to play with them with him because if I move one he takes in from me and puts it back exactly where it was. The other day I got so tickled at this I decided to take a few pictures of his latest collection and now I will share it with you.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

So I know this is a little late but better late than never, right? Bobby and I celebrated our 3rd Anniversary on August 13th! Even though we decided not to do too much this anniversary because we've planned a big beach trip in Sept, we did go to dinner that Friday night. Bobby and I've been searching for a really good Japanese restaurant like the two in Auburn for a while now but with no luck, until now. We decided to try Shogun on Airport and it was soooo good! It must be a chain of one of the in Auburn because it taste exactly the same! I'm still so over joyed about finding this restaurant and although I know a lot of my excitement has to do with the fact that I'm pregnant, it is really that good!

Our sweet friends, The Goldman's, kept Parker for us and it was so nice to get away, just the two of us, for a change. Parker absolutely loves Rebecca, Justin and their little boy Graham! He didn't even cry when we left and for those of you who know Parker know that is quite a feat! When we got there to pick him up he acted like he didn't even want to leave! On top of all that they had bathed him and put him in his pj's so all we had to do when we got home was read him a story and to bed he went! That was a wonderful anniversary present in its self! Thank y'all so much! I hope we can repay the favor soon!

On top of all this Bobby sent me some very beautiful roses! It was a great surprise even if the driver from the flower shop called me first to see if I was home. Random, I know! Anyways, it was a beautiful bouquet and perhaps the biggest arrangement of flowers I've ever gotten! Well just see for yourself!

All in all it was a great anniversary and it just amazes me that 3 years have gone by since we said I do! We've been blessed with so much all ready and I pray the Lord will continue to bless us with many more wonderful years together!
